New Leipzig Talents-coaches are part of a unique academic coaching network. It builds on strong leadership backgrounds in business, academia and society and a passion for accompanying students. A majority have coaching training.
With enthusiasm for the idea of individual learning they provide student coaching at HHL Leipzig Graduate of Management on a voluntary basis. New Leipzig Talent-coaches do share common coaching principles:
Everyone should follow his or her beliefs and passions (at least in the long run).
The power of conflict is a source of change and creativity.
Sharing experiences based on good concepts is the core of coaching.
