Short getting to know you interviews with selected applicants take place on November 5-7 2025.
After that, we’ll let you know if we are able to offer you a coaching in the New Leipzig Talent program.fter that, we'll let you know.

New Leipzig Talents Coaching is a space for individual reflection, learning and change with a focus on leadership competencies.
Following an application period starting each September and introductory group sessions, individual coaching goes from November until June or July the following year.
