NEW LEIPZIG talents
Student Coaching at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management
New Leipzig Talents provides extracurricular student coaching at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. The program was established in 2016 and counts for more than 200 alumni.
It all started with the conviction that individual development rarely happens in lecture halls. Rather, it requires deeper engagement in a personal dialogue, guided towards self-reflection. Coaching can be a means for providing a safe space which allows for trustful self-disclosure and guided experimentation.
The program is organised and administered by the Chair of Business Psychology and Leadership with the kind support of BMW Group Leipzig plant and Dr. Arend Oetker.
