Franziska Goderbauer

 

With her company www.actoi.com, founded in 2013, Franziska Goderbauer supports entrepreneurs, managers, and coaches in French, German and English in the Indian Ocean and Europe and offers individual coaching, team coaching, supervision, profiling (Hogan certified) and tailor-made conferences.

Franziska Goderbauer studied business administration at EBS in Rheingau in Germany, is certified as an executive coach (HEC Paris), EBS systemic coach, supervisor (HEC Paris) and in positive psychology (USA).

Before becoming self-employed, Franziska gained for twenty years of experience in management positions in the banking, credit, real estate and telecommunications sectors for and supports her customers with her international vision, her creative and systemic approach, as well as her intercultural understanding, where it makes sense.

In 2022 she founded “Femmes du Medef Réunion” and is its co-president. “Femmes du Medef Réunion” supports women in business and promotes their access to positions of responsibility.

Since 2017 she has been a member of the board of SHLMR (subsidiary of Action Logement).

Q. WHAT EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE STANDS OUT IN YOUR MEMORY?

A. My first statistics lecture at EBS 35 years ago nurtured my love for numbers, but also encouraged my sensitivity to non-binary solutions.

Q. WHAT CAN YOU NOT LAUGH ABOUT?

A. Irony and sarcasm from others hurt.

A. An elephant cookie cutter and headphones for silence

A. A volume of Goethe poems from my grandmother

A. When I climb the mountains and move

A. In the power of love

A. Yes, and not one, but many: the mountain peaks, my bed, my parents' house, the forest, my veranda, my garden, the view to the skyline, my sister's apartment, a seat on the train, the way to the destination, silence …

A. Standing by a friend in a difficult situation without giving him advice

A. Of peace, respect, freedom, and courage

A. Classic! I was very impressed by Gija Kancheli's Chiaroscuro
