Carolin Hermann

 

Carolin Hermann works for Infineon Technologies AG in the Organization Transformation team. 

Before she joined Infineon, she was as manager at Porsche Consulting GmbH and management consultant at Detecon International GmbH with focus on HR Strategy, Transformation and Change Management. Furthermore, she worked as scientific researcher at the Center for Leadership and Values in Society at the University of St. Gallen.

Carolin Hermann studied Psychology at the University of Cologne and did her Ph.D. in Management at the University of St. Gallen. She is a trained mediator and certified business coach.

Carolin Hermann lives in Munich.

A. I do not have a specific role model, but rather find certain characteristics of people desirable and motivating.

A. Personal reports of patients about their psychological disorders in the psychopathology course during my psychology studies

A. Arrogance and if power distance is used at the expense of weaker ones

Q. WHAT's Something beautiful that you bought yourself recently?

A. A stand up paddle board

A. Social psychology of Aronson et al. and my books of Irvin D. Yalom

Q. WHEN DO YOU FEEL MOST ALIVE?

A. Spending time with family and friends and doing sports, preferably in nature

A. If you set your mind to something you really want, you can achieve great things.

I love to be in the mountains and enjoy the silence and beauty of scenery there a lot.

A. I have registered as an organ donor.

A. A holiday apartment by the sea

A. That depends on my mood. I mostly listen to Soul and Indie-Rock, and classical music to relax.
