Martina Beermann

 

Martina Beermann is a psychologist, process consultant, talent and career coach.

She started her career in a boutique consultancy, subsequently she worked in the leadership and behavioral training sector until she finally discovered her passion for queations of the personal life - e.g. do professional successful people share certain character traits? Which strategies help woman to become more successful?

Currently Martina works as an independent career coach and as a lecturer at the university of zurich.

Martina Beermann is married and has a son. She lives in Halle (Saale) and the south of France holds a special place in her heart.

A. “Shoot for the stars aim for the moon!”

A. My incredible change from almost having to repeat a school year to being top in my class. During my studies learning meant profound satisfaction.

A. People who think their ego is more important than the common good

Q. WHAT’s Something beautiful that you bought yourself recently?

A. A sofa with a clean look for our living room.

A. The little prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

A. When I can help people finding their way and singing french chansons in the shower.

A. People are able to surpass themself if they have goals that make life worth living.

A. When I close my eyes and think about the Mont Sainte-Victoire which was often painted by Paul Cézanne

A. Helping my son moving.

A. About swimming in the azure blue Mediterranean Sea.
