Dr. Stefan anderer
Dr. Stefan Anderer was born in 1983 close to the French border in Karlsruhe. After completing his “Turbo-Abi” in 14 years (motto: you learn the most outside the classroom), he studied Psychology at the Universities of Vienna, Seville and Trier.
Stefan received his PhD on “The Valuation of Values – Essays on the Relationship of Business and Society” under the supervision of Timo Meynhardt. Previously, he was a lecturer and program coordinator at Leuphana University and Business Development Manager at NEO Culture.
Currently, Stefan is a consultant and project manager at LEAD Mindsets & Capabilities in Berlin, a consultancy that advises organizations of all sectors on good leadership in the digital age. His consulting practice focuses on guiding organizations and teams through cultural transformations.
Stefan is also currently training to become a psychotherapist with a focus on depth psychology at the Medical School Berlin.

DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL OR LIFE MOTTO?
No.
What was your most powerful learning moment?
When I first encountered Maturana and Varela’s “Tree of Knowledge” during my early, very technical psychology studies, a new world opened up.
WHAT CAN YOU NOT LAUGH ABOUT?
When a position of power and resources is exploited deliberately (see most recently: INSM) and/or structurally (everyday life racism, etc.).
What was the last beautiful thing you bought?
A hoodie.
What is that one book that will stay with you forever?
My Molskine, which I carry with me always.
WHEN DO YOU FEEL ALIVE?
When being in exchange. When doing sports. When traveling. When loving.
WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE IN?
Despite all evil, there will always be good people.
What is your peaceful place?
Bolonia, Spain.
What was your last good deed?
Supporting someone.
What was your last dream abaout?
A task for which time slipped between my fingers as I was completing it.
