Q. DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL OR LIFE MOTTO?

A. Energy flows where your attention goes.

Q. WHAT EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE STANDS OUT IN YOUR MEMORY?

A. My coaching training in 2012/2013 – a very intensive time with a lot of self-reflection and inspiring exchanges, which I still benefit from today.

Q. WHAT CAN YOU NOT LAUGH ABOUT?

A. Derogatory behavior and communication.

Q. WHAT’s Something beautiful that you bought yourself recently?

A. A plane ticket to my favorite city, London – very optimistic for the pre-Christmas season of 2021.

Q. WHAT BOOK WOULD YOU NEVER GIVE AWAY?

A. My diaries 😊 No one should read them but me. Basically, it’s hard for me to part with my books, but I like to lend or give away books that have given me a lot, e.g. A Little Life, Homo Deus, ...

Q. WHEN DO YOU FEEL MOST ALIVE?

A. In nature: In the forest, by the sea or on a mountain top – and in conversations that are meaningful and inspiring

Q. WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE IN?

A. In a very existentialist way, that we as human beings are condemned to freedom – and have to decide for ourselves what makes our life meaningful and how to live a good, fulfilled life. Over and over again.

Q. WHERE IS YOUR MOST PEACEFUL PLACE?

A. My reading chair in the living room – in the morning the place to meditate and for the first coffee, in the afternoon for reading, in the evening occasionally with a glass of red wine.

Q. What was the last good deed you did?

A. I got into the habit of “trash walks” last year – my husband and I regularly walk through the nature conservation area around our corner with two gribber tongs and collect what doesn’t belong there. It’s a wonderfully tangible feeling!

Q. WHAT HAVE YOU RECENTLY DREAMED ABOUT?

A. In the last year, a lot about traveling and the various beautiful places I’ve been able to visit in this world and hopefully can again – especially New Zealand and Patagonia.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC?

A. My first musical passion was for heavy, loud, low-pitched guitars – and has continued to enrich and branch out. I basically like intense, emotional music that can be loud or soft, the main thing is that it is moving.

Q. Beginning or finishing up? Which is harder to do?

A. To stop
