Q & A with Natalie

DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL OR LIFE MOTTO?

At the moment, it’s “Dream big. Start small. But most of all, start.” – Simon Sinek.

What was your most powerful learning moment?

During my coaching certification: discovering the power of listening and experiencing its impact when applied consciously.

WHAT CAN YOU NOT LAUGH ABOUT?

Jokes at the expense of others.

What was the last beautiful thing you bought?

A juicer – I’ll use it in winter for vitamin shots. There’s nothing more important than health, especially as a leader and with that being a role model.

What is that one book that will stay with you forever?

Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari.

WHEN DO YOU FEEL ALIVE?

When I experience positive learning moments and can immediately put them into practice.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE IN?

That there is a right place for everyone to make an impact – we just need more matchmakers to connect people and purpose.

What is your peaceful place?

A bench by Lake Constance, overlooking the water and the mountains.

What was your last good deed?

Offering trust – again and again.

What was your last dream abaout?

I dream that in society, business, and our personal lives, we learn to see diversity of perspectives as a strength – and find shared, values-based paths forward.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC?

It depends on my mood – anything from modern classical to electro and indie music.

BEGINNING OR FINISHING? WHICH IS HARDER?

Both come with their challenges: starting takes courage, stopping takes wisdom. Leadership is knowing when it’s time to do each.
