TOBIAS GERLACH
Tobias is a communicator by vocation and by profession. Based on his long experience and expertise in leading the corporate communications and public affairs activities of international consumer good companies, Tobias is deeply convinced of the transformational power of good communication. He genuinely believes that authentic and empathic communication is a key driver for both personal and organziational development - and a core skill of effective leadership.
In the last 10 years, Tobias has accompanied many young leadership talents on their journey to unlock their personal passion and leadership potential - this mentoring work has been so inspiring to him that he has decided to join the group of LNT coaches.
Prior to his professional career, Tobias studied modern history economics and romance languages in Freiburg, Madrid and Paris.
In addition to his professional engagements, Tobias is a big fan of the people and nature of East-Africa where he is currently building the first fully sustainable safari lodge in that region, while learning a lot about the hidden (leadership) talents of Africa.
