Alexander Schwabe

Interpersonal communication and interaction is my personal passion and something I enjoy dealing with every day.

My academic background is in sociology and I have learned to uncover different structures in interactions. This knowledge helps immensely to understand how external factors influence communication and interaction between individual people and groups.

From a professional perspective I am very keen on everything that is connected to the start-up scene. After building a complete HR-department from scratch for one of the most successful energy trading companies in Europe, I went into a more generalist role titled as Chief of Staff.

I experienced two Merger and Acquisition processes and working on integrating a start-up into large corporate structures. Being a long-time sparring partner for C-Level and founders gives me a wide experience on the important behaviors of not only a successful career but also on how to combine different areas of live.
