Program Timeline

The New Leipzig Talents coaching provides space for reflection and personal development with a focus on leadership competencies. Following an application period, the program starts each November and ends in June/July the following year.

The extracurricular program for first term students at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management includes one-on-one coaching with an experienced coach as well as workshops in the group.

Short interview with applicants (10─15 min, on campus or online) 3─7 November 2023

Opening session 20 November 2023, 5─8.30 pm

Kick-off “Meet the Coach” 28 November 2023, 5─7 pm

Individual coaching November 2023─June 2024

Group workshops February─May 2024 (tba)

Final session June 2024 (tba)
