New Leipzig Talents Coaching is a space for individual reflection, learning and change with a focus on leadership competencies.

Following an application period starting each September and introductory group sessions, individual coaching goes from November until June or July the following year.

Meet the Coach─Session …… 12 November 2024, 5─7 pm

Coaching Sessions with your Coach …… November 2024─June 2025 (individually arranged with the coach)

Group Sessions (e.g. with Mindfulness Coach Victoria Dressel) …… February─May 2025

Final Group Session …… 18 June 2025 at BMW Group Plant Leipzig
